Check in: from 4pm. the day of entry.
Check out: until 12 noon. on the day of departure.
The delivery on account to confirm the reservation of 20% of the total will be made by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer to the number indicated, sending proof by e-mail to info@viviendasturisticasamores.com
At the time of handing over the keys, the total amount of the stay will be paid.
A Credit Card number will be left as a guarantee for any damage caused, if any.
Electricity: 10KW per day included, additional consumption to be paid at € 0.30 / KW.
ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Includes the change of sheets once a week and the change of bath towels twice a week.
The houses have their own closed garage.
On the cancellation of reservations:
Decree 19/1977, of February 11, of the Valencian Government.
Article 10. CANCELLATION of RESERVATIONS:
In cases of cancellation of Reservation by the Client, the company will be entitled to compensation consisting of:
- 20% of the advance, when said cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of that set for the occupation of the accommodation.
- 50% of the advance, when said cancellation is made more than 14 and up to 30 days in advance.
- 100% of the advance, when said cancellation is made 14 or less days in advance.
